Telemetry Nurse - Travel - (Tele RN)
Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: central line placement, vas cath placement, wound care, declotting
of accesses, renal biopsy, stress test, vein mapping, cardiac cath, colonscopy. Hypertension,
Diabetes mellitus, lupus, glomerulonephritis, ARF
Any special procedure done on the unit? Peritoneal Dialysis and Hemodialysis (contracted out)
Common Equiment: IV pumps, wound vac, vein finder, hoyer lift,
Nurse Patient Ratio: 1:5, 1:6
Required Qualifications
BLS
IV Insertion
Computerized Charting
Tele Interpretation
float within scope
every other weekend
