System has increased quality control and improved relations between Nursing and Pharmacy staff.

  • Developed a centralized piggyback program which relieved nurses of the duty of mixing solutions and turned it over to pharmacy technicians. Program has given techs greater responsibility and has significantly reduced errors and increased quality standards.
