Job Decline Letters

When you're declining a job offer, it's important to be courteous and positive.

Job decline letters should always be positive in tone. You never know when you might meet up with the interviewer again at a hospital event, or when you might need to tap into this contact.

Employers often speak to one another and your past track record may come up in conversation. Treat job offers graciously and you will not risk making a blunder which haunts you later.

Thank the employer for his interview and any other meetings with staff. Always be truthful, just remember to state your answer in positive terms.
