This position is for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist who will join a multidisciplinary team in a school setting. The successful candidate will deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students across a range of ages and needs. Primary responsibilities include assessment, development of individualized treatment plans, progress monitoring, collaboration with teachers and families, documentation of services in compliance with district and state regulations, and participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed. Candidates should be prepared to provide services in both one-on-one and small group formats and to support inclusive practices in classroom settings.

Preferred candidates will demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and administrators. Experience with early intervention strategies, classroom-based services, and assistive technology integration will be considered a plus. Candidates possessing South Dakota Speech Language Pathologist Certification, an ASHA certificate (CCC-SLP), experience with audiology screening, and a background in early childhood or elementary education will be prioritized. Ongoing professional development and knowledge of current best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology are essential.
