As a U.S. Army Family Medicine Doctor, you will provide comprehensive care to Soldiers, retirees, and their families, diagnosing and treating a wide variety of conditions across all stages of life. Your expertise in preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and general medical care will directly impact the health and well-being of those who serve our nation.
In this role, you will utilize your skills in both medical and surgical treatment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. You will have access to advanced medical technology and receive ongoing professional development through continuous education, seminars, and training. In addition, you will contribute to research and development in the field of family medicine to improve patient outcomes.

Eligibility Requirements:
Must have a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited U.S. school of medicine or osteopathy
Foreign graduates may apply if they have a permanent certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG)
Must have a current license to practice medicine in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico
Must be eligible for board certification in Family Medicine
Must have completed at least one year of an approved Graduate Medical Education (GME) internship
Must be a U.S. citizen to serve on Active Duty or have permanent U.S. residency for Army Reserve service
