A staff nurse in the Complex Medical Unit is responsible for delegating, coordinating and managing all aspects of nursing care and services provided to a complex population of high-acuity medical patients in acute, step-down and critical care settings. Patient- and family-centered care is delivered in collaboration with the patient, family and healthcare team members.
