RN Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
RN with an Ohio license, a minimum of (2) years nursing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; demonstrated ability to organize, lead, direct and work cooperatively with others. Supervisory capabilities and experience in directing, delegating and evaluating staff. An individual who poses a direct threat to the health and safety of himself/herself or others in the workplace will be deemed not qualified for this position.
LPN QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of secondary education or equivalent (high school diploma or GED); completion of a state accredited school of licensed practical nursing; completion of state approved pharmacology program; related experience in a nursing facility; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. An individual who poses a direct threat to the health and safety of himself/herself or others in the workplace will be deemed not qualified for this position.
LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess and maintain an Ohio Practical Nurse License issued by the Board of Nursing; IV certification.

Computer, computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook, Point Click Care, and other applicable computer software), printer, copy machine, calculator, fax machine, other standard business office equipment, medical equipment.
STNA Qualifications
Completion of secondary education or equivalent (high school diploma or GED); must pass the state approved written and clinical skills test; related experience in a nursing facility; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. An individual who poses a direct threat to the health and safety of himself/herself or others in the workplace will be deemed not qualified for this position.
LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Possess a State Tested Nursing Assistant certification that is active and in good standing with the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry as maintained by the Ohio Department of Health.
