A Patient Services Representative is responsible for a variety of activities related to patient intake and care

• Greet and check-in patients


• Verify information and enter it into the system


• Collect payments for services


• Answer the phone


• Schedule appointments


• File paperwork

We are looking for someone who likes working one-on-one with people of all ages in a clinical setting. Although skilled Patient Service Representatives are preferred, if you are the right person we will train you.

We have office locations in Greenfield, Cudahy, and New Berlin.
