FULL TIME – FAMILY PRACTICE PHYSICIAN

Hours: Monday thru Friday: 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Rotating On-Call Schedule

Family Practice Physician will report to the Chief Medical Officer.

We are looking for a talented Family Medicine Physician to deliver Comprehensive Primary Care Services to our population. Our team of providers are passionate and culturally sensitive in providing quality of care to our patients while achieving healthy outcomes.

JOB SUMMARY:

The provider will independently assess, diagnose, prescribe medications and treat patients according to the established protocols as outlined by the AAFP.

Multi-Specialty Practice- Family Medicine, OB/GYN and Pediatrics

Establish and Maintain Effective Working Relationships with other Providers and the Team

Provide and coordinate primary healthcare

Provide telehealth services

Maintain current knowledge base through appropriate professional activities, conferences, Webinar and other organizations

REQUIREMENTS:

MD/DO

Board Eligible/ Board Certified in Family Medicine

Experience: Working in a Family Practice Environment

Required Licenses: Licensure to practice as an independent physician in New Jersey

CDS, DEA, CPR, Basic Life Skills

Credentialed Insurances – (Current/Prior)
