As a Remote Lead Program Manager HR, Service Management, you need to know how to:

 

Intermountain Healthcare is looking for a Lead Service Management Program Manager, focused on HR Service Delivery, to ensure successful project and system implementations. In this role, you will collaborate with the broader Service Management team and liaise with HR teams to ensure effective intersections with other workstreams, including Core HR, Payroll, and Onboarding. This leader autonomously manages the HR Service Delivery process area, champions continuous improvement and automation across Service Management processes, leading improvement efforts to advance process maturity. In partnership with HR leaders, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and automating key HR processes, driving HR service catalog and knowledge growth, and enabling a high quality user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Enterprise Service Management team in a collaborative environment, ensuring that standardized and effective practices facilitate Enterprise Service Management. If you are highly motivated and excited to proactively drive transformation, this may be a great fit. Analyzes and documents user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Reviews system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.

 
     
  • Own designated Service Management practices, driving process strategy and execution, and initiating continual improvement efforts to mature and drive value through digital transformation
  •  
  • Establish and align standards, implement controls, develop reports and dashboards, and execute audits; Monitor and influence KPIs to drive process effectiveness, and initiate action as a result of data analysis
  •  
  • Provide subject matter expertise, consultatively managing the HR technology roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  •  
  • Act as a change agent; proactively research, propose opportunities, and implement ideas to improve and optimize processes
  •  
  • Lead Enterprise Service Management projects and manages project plans; support development and maintenance of training and communications materials, as well process support documentation
  •  
  • Collaboratively design, test, maintain, and recommend best practices for ServiceNow technology that is focused on enhancing the user experience
  •  
  • Support operational activities, including investigation of system issues, managing testing activities, and vetting demands
  •  
  • Navigate complex decision-making with multiple decision makers, providing exceptional service to internal and external team members, and building key relationships
  •  
  • Facilitate Service Management program goals through management of high impact, high profile committees
  •  
  • Confidently handle conflicts and politically charged situations to drive teams to resolution
  •

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

Required:

 
     
  • 5 years relevant experience supporting Service Management process areas
  •  
 

Preferred:

 
     
  • 7 years relevant experience within Healthcare IT and/or HR
  •  
  • Direct responsibility for process design, execution, and continual improvement
  •  
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow, especially in HR Case Management
  •  
  • Experience developing reporting capabilities for Service Management process operational and performance metrics and KPIs
  •  
  • Experience leading projects in a Project Manager role
  •  
 

Certification:

 

Required:

 
     
  • ITIL Foundations certification, or equivalent relevant experience
  •  
 

Preferred:

 
     
  • ITIL advanced certifications relevant to designated process areas
  •  
  • Project Management certifications (CAPM or PMP)
  •  
  • Lean; Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
  •  
  • Agile/Scrum or similar industry certifications
  •  
 

Education

 

Required:

 
     
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent relevant experience
  •  
 

Preferred:

 
     
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT
  •
