Description:

SUMMARY: Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department and the Administrative Department on all human resources matters.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Perform customer service functions by answering employee request and questions.


Assist HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects.


Assist with on boarding Internal staff and Consultants


Assist with recruitment and interview process.


Process notifications to Employees for Health Benefits


Approve all enrollments in the ADP portal


Submit all Commercial Insurance Invoices and handle request for Certificates


Prepare new hire packets for potential candidates.


Assist with implementation of Human Resource Information System (HRIS).


Assist with preparation of job fairs.


Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by HR Director.


Make photocopies, fax documents and perform other clerical functions.


File and maintain employee records for and all employees at HQ office.


Follow up with related clerical aspects of employment, such as tracking of resumes and, notifying the department of employees starting date and updating current job listing.


Create new hire packets for on boarding process.


Completion of weekly report on candidate flow for all divisions.


Assist in recruitment efforts, utilizing job boards and assisting with the on boarding of new hires.


Onboarding for all Aequor Technologies Consultants


Negotiate and complete applications for Workers Comp, General Liability coverages


Request Certificate of Insurance for all client request for Healthcare, and Technologies Divisions


Comply with request for Verifications of Employment Comply with Governmental issuing agencies for Medical Child Support


Any other task, written or verbal, that is assigned by Management.


                   


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:



Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must be proficient with a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spread sheets, database and presentation software Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Good verbal/written skills, punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail required. Must have knowledge of internet recruitment and be familiar with Monster, Career builder and Dice.
