Your day.

   

As an HCM Analyst, you need to know how to: 

   

1. Provides production support including researching system related problems and performing scheduled activities. 2. Participates in patch update or upgrade testing for all HR systems. 3. Builds items in the ERP system to support Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits and Compensation functions. 4. Develops standard reports for ongoing customer needs and presents the data to customers. May compare data from different sources to draw conclusions. Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions. Takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences. 5. Supports maintaining data integrity in systems by running queries and auditing data. 6. Responsible for reviewing new position requests from Compensation to ensure they are complete before adding to the ERP. 7. Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. 8. May lead projects or coordinate with ITDS on projects that affect the HR teams. 9. Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation and trains clients on new processes/functionality. 10. Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards. 11. Performs other duties as assigned. 12. May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competence and qualifications) based on business need.

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  •  
  • 3 years of experience working in Human Resources with HRIS systems
  •  
  • Previous healthcare experience
  •  
  • Oracle and Kronos experience is preferred
