Your day.

 

As an HCM Analyst you need to know how to:

 
     
  • Provide production support including researching system related problems and perform scheduled activities.
  •  
  • Participate in patch update or upgrade testing for all HR systems.
  •  
  • Build items in the ERP system to support Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits and Compensation functions.
  •  
  • Develop standard reports for ongoing customer needs and presents the data to customers. May compare data from different sources to draw conclusions. Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions. Take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
  •  
  • Support maintaining data integrity in systems by running queries and auditing data.
  •  
  • Review new position requests from Compensation to ensure they are complete before adding to the ERP.
  •  
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  •  
  • Lead projects or coordinate with ITDS on projects that affect the HR teams as needed.
  •  
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation and trains clients on new processes/functionality.
  •  
 

Your experience.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.                                     
  •  
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Human Resources with HRIS systems.
  •  
 

Preferred:

 
     
  • Bachelor's degree.
  •  
  • Oracle, Kronos, or other HRIS experience.
  •  
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  •
