As a Family Medicine Residency Program Administrator, you need to know how to:



  • Perform Administrator duties relating to planning and coordinating academic, operational, and financial activities of the residency program, including:  
    • Program accreditation
    • Fiscal management
    • Data management
    • Policy and procedure management
    • Resident management
    • Recruitment
    • ACGME and board requirement management
    • Medical student management
  • Assist in the development of program educational and administrative goals and objectives
  • Provide sound guidance and advice on pertinent residency program issues



Your experience.




We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the annual cycle of a residency program
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in medical administration to include executive support
  • Current Notary Public
  • Advanced level IT/computer skills
  • Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, time management and project management skills






  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Current HR Management certification
  • Prior experience with budget development and management
  • Prior experience as a Residency Program Coordinator or Administrator
