New Grad Registered Nurse ( RN ) - $10,000 Sign-On $5,000 Relocation

This comprehensive, evidence-based onboarding, education and training program is designed specifically to transition newly graduated registered nurses from students to safe, competent professional practitioners. The program is designed to help them gain the experience, judgment, skills and confidence they need to navigate the complexity of hospital life. Integrated into our hospital's educational structure, the New Grad Registered Nurse ( RN ) Residency includes guided preceptor clinical experience, instructor-led core curriculum, interactive classes and skills labs, a formal mentoring program, debriefing/self-care sessions. Registered Nurse ( RN ) Residents, with support, progress to the competent level quickly, safely, and effectively. The length of the residency program is one year.
This position is for any recent RN graduate with less than 6 months of acute care experience or Registered Nurses with LTAC, Home Health or Rehab experience who would like to transition into acute care. Placement, interview, and location preferences are not guaranteed.
