- Weekdays 9 am - 5 pm in lifestyle practice
- Opening new clinics
- Base salary plus quality bonus potential
- Nurses, NPs, MAs, and office support
- Average 15 - 18 geriatric patients per day
- Labs onsite
- Spanish is a plus but not required
- Board-certified in either IM, FP, or geriatrics
