Your day.

 

 

 

As an Administrative Assistant you need to know how to:

 

 

 
     
  • Conserves supervisors time by reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, initiating telecommunications.
  •  
  • Maintains supervisors appointment schedule, including day-to-day and long-term management of meetings and trainings.  Setup teleconferences and make travel arrangements.
  •  
  • Maintain positive working relationship with outside stakeholders
  •  
  • Schedule meetings/trainings and plan logistics as requested.
  •  
  • Prepare all department meetings and trainings including: catering, room reservations, invitations, agendas, minutes, proper number of needed handouts, and assist supervisor with follow-up and action items.
  •  
  • Manage website content to ensure website information is current and relevant.
  •  
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing training evaluations.
  •  
  • Assist with maintaining project deadlines
  •  
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
  •  
  • Reconcile supervisors credit card statements and expense reports using Concur.
  •  
 

 

 

Your experience.

  • Associate Degree or equivalent from a two (2) year college or technical school.
  •  
  • Driving motor vehicle record to be updated annually.
  •  
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  •  
  • Intermediate level computer skills using Microsoft Suite and/or Google Apps.
  •  
  • Proof of current automobile insurance coverage to be updated annually.
  •
