**$1,500 Sign On Bonus**


Position: PACE Clinic Assistant CNA


Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), coordinates and provides all needed preventive, primary, acute, and long term care services so that older individuals can continue living safely in their home and community. ThePACE Clinic Assistant CNAtakes vital signs of participants, escorts participants to exam rooms, prepares participants to be seen in the clinic and assists physician and nurses in provision of examinations and treatment

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Must possess a current Colorado C.N.A. license

  • Must be a currently certified nursing assistant

  • Experience working with the frail or elderly population preferred

  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs desirable

  • Must successfully perform position specific competencies for CNA prior to assuming participant care

  • Must successfully pass agency required background checks and drug screening

  • Must possess a valid drivers license, provide proof of insurance (a copy of your Declarations Page indicating you have $100k/$300k Bodily Injury/$100K Property Damage coverage) and have reliable transportation

  • Must comply with PACE health screening and immunization requirements including medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.

  • Must be able to demonstrate computer competency

  • Knowledge of principles, practices, standards and techniques of a CNA

  • Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions for a safe work environment

  • Knowledge of medical equipment use and maintenance

  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, co-workers, medical staff and the public

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations

  • Ability to work effectively with culturally, economically and educationally diverse populations


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $15.50 - $23.00 per hour
