Your day.

 

 

 

In the role Finance Manager role you need to know how to:

 

 

 
     
  • Analyze physician compensation structures including creation/review of compensation plans/models and reconciliation of physician payments per contract
  •  
  • Analyze profitability of service lines, strategic partnerships, practice growth/acquisition, specific payers/contracts and make recommendations to leadership team regarding future direction regarding the results
  •  
  • Coordinate the operating and capital budget process for all clinics within market
  •  
  • Preparation and presentation of site analysis relating to income statement trends and variances including monthly and quarterly operating reviews
  •  
  • Exhibit innovative leadership skills with team focus
  •  
 

 

 

Your experience.

  • Bachelors Degree, required
  •  
  • Minimum of four (4) years of progressive financial management experience, required
  •  
  • (2) years of healthcare finance experience, preferred
  •  
  • Prior leadership experience, preferred
