Your day.




As an Application Analyst, you need to know how to:



  • Analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
  • Document workflows, configure and/or build activities, change management adherence, end user notifications, training information and status reporting in the appropriate system.
  • Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
  • Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Coordinate and link the application within an organization to increase compatibility for information sharing.
  • Review and analyze the system and performance indicators to locate problems, and correct errors. Escalate problems and issues to appropriate staff to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate projects, schedules and facilitates meetings as necessary to complete assignments.



Your experience.




We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Two (2) years of experience in healthcare, technology or related field is required
  • Associate or Bachelors degree, preferred
  • ERP system knowledge, preferred
  • Highly prefer Oracle Cloud knowledge in HCM and/or ERP
  • Five (5) years of experience in Information Management systems, systems analysis, project management and management of operations and complex projects, preferred
