Description:
A new family practice physician opportunity is now available in Iowa at a growing practice.  The incoming physician will see 18 to 20 patients per day on average with some in-office procedures. There is a large Spanish-speaking patient population, language fluency preferred but not required. You will work Monday through Friday with a 1:7 phone call. The clinic is currently in the hospital, but it will be moving to a brand new, gorgeous building in January 2022. Come join 2 NPs with the plan to bring on 2 FP physicians. Supervision of APPs is a plus but not required.

 This position offers a 2-year salary guarantee, if you surpass RVUs, you will be paid on that model instead. You will also receive a sign-on bonus, retention bonus, malpractice insurance, medical benefits, life insurance/disability, vacation/holidays, CME time and/or stipend, a retirement plan, and relocation assistance.
