  We have an immediate opening for a Senior Regional Pharmacy Manager (fulfilling multi-site DOP level role) in an attractive northern California community. This role will be a part of a team of leaders overseeing a few locations in the area. Experience as a hospital pharmacy supervisor is required and a residency will be helpful but is not required.  The leader will help to install and achieve buy-in on initiatives and process improvements.  Being current with pharmacy trends and supportive of a learning environment will help to achieve success in this position. The position offers a great benefits package and salaries up to the $250K range depending on experience and tenure. The hired pharmacy manager will also receive a large performance bonus each year.   Communication, a strong clinical background, and confidence would all be beneficial in this role.  This leader will be PIC for two facilities in the area.

   This coastal town is nestled between inland mountain ranges, gorgeous forests, and untouched beaches on the Pacific Ocean.
