Currently seeking to hire a full-time LCSW for Ft. Bliss Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX

Qualifications: Master's of Social Work (MSW) degree, from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Counsil on Social Work Education (CSWE), minimum of 2 years within the past 5 years in the indendent practice of clinical social work in a mental health setting. Demonstrate a working knowledge of professional standards and ethics regarding delivery of clinical social work services. Must have experience in brief behavioral interventions, must be required to maintain clinical practice privileges, ability to analyze complex processes involving functional areas with overlapping concerns and conflicting interest. Ability to prepare detailed reports, including briefing charts, diagrams, and other graphics to support recommendations or conclusions. Ability to conduct, administer, and interpret the full spectrum of mental health assessment tools applicable to operations personnel.
