Your day.


As a CRM Analyst you need to know how to:

  • Leverage database tools to identify audiences for various internal and external communications, and build supporting lists.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of ongoing Salesforce-based projects.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to assist in defining requirements and deliverables, and set and manage expectations.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. Use data and insights to inform and develop new strategies, campaigns and deliverables that drive marketing, communications and business results.
  • Collect, organize and analyze customer data to develop meaningful reporting metrics and ROI analysis on various activities.



Your experience.


We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, information systems, data science or other relevant field.
  • Knowledge of database architecture, SQL, SOQL or related database skills.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of CRM or marketing automation experience.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of CRM or marketing automation experience.


  • Salesforce certifications of any type.
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience with electronic medical record platforms, such as Epic.
  • Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  • Data analytics, statistics or strong excel and math skills.
  • Tableau experience or related data visualization tools.
