Sterling Medical is seeking a VIRTUAL Health Technical Advisor(s)
Qualifications:
4 year Degree OR 5 Years Experience related to the technical fields
2 Years working experience in a Medical Office or Clinical Environment
2 Years experience with hands on experience working within remote and operational environments.
Job Duties Include:
Provide videoconferencing expertise to support processes, plans, projects, and concepts
Provide and conduct protocol analysis and knowledge of LAN and WAN data protocols. Conduct activation, back up, deactivation, and restart of Telehealth resources.
Be present at the VNC to have visibility of, sustain audio and video connectivity, and trouble shoot during all Telehealth sessions
Provide training to clinical staff of on proper use of Telehealth equipment
Maintain equipment and ensure readiness. Coordinate Virtual Health maintenance
