Minimum qualifications are; have a MD or DO, be a graduate from an accredited medical college and have completed a residency in family practice. Must have a BLS, 2 years of experience in the last 3 years. Shall be board certified in family practice and possess and maintain a current license to practice in any of the 50 states.
