Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate from baccalaureate of science in nursing (BSN)

- Licensed as a registered nurse – any state

- BLS or ACLS

- 2 years of full time experience as a BSN in management of populations with prevalent or chronic disease

- 2 professional recommendations
