Your day.


As a Provider Onboarding Coordinator you need to know how to:


  • Participates in all administrative aspects of -Provider Recruitment Process and provide administrative support to Provider Recruitment Team and potential Provider Candidates and Associates.
  • Assist with reporting and data collection as well as provide administrative support and partnership with Credentialing, Enrollment, and Medical Group Leadership.
  • Provide administrative support to provider recruitment across the system and ensure that all Candidate Itineraries and Profiles are accurate and updated regularly.
  • Provide administrative support work for the recruitment department such as but not limited to tracking expenses, tracking candidates in team system, reconciling invoices, tracking and updating online ads, reconciling expenses, and follow up communications with various entities.
  • Be responsible for scheduling/all details associated with the planning of onsite candidate interviews.

Your experience.


We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience, required
  • At least two (2) years of healthcare experience working with physicians in a clinic or hospital setting, preferred
  • Experience working directly with physicians and/or Executives in a Healthcare setting, preferred
