Home Health Nurse - Hospice - Travel - (HH RN)
Home healthcare company is seeking a self starting, highly motivated Registered Nurse to join the team. RN will treat an Adult and Geriatric population seeing approximately 4-6 patients per day. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment
Required Qualifications
Home Health and Oasis expereince required
Hospice expereince required.
Wi license in hand
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with Homecare Homebase EMR
-WI license or compact
-Hospice experience
