FULL-TIME - MONDAY - FRIDAY - DAYS - WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: AS NEEDED

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field and three years of acute care clinical experience required. Two years of human resource training/education preferred. State of Florida RN license and BLS certification through the American Heart Association required.

The clinical education specialist/CSAL supports the clinical education needs, new nurse residency onboarding, simulation skills, retention strategies and EMR training for the organization. Must be able to teach large and small groups of individuals for orientation, clinical training, soft skills, high fidelity simulation and HER computer training. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
