  • As Talent Advisor will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. 

  • You will guide the hiring manager through the selection process to ensure a quality hire and function as a strategic business partner with leadership on all Talent Management related issues including the development of effective attraction, selection and talent engagement strategies.

  • You will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that ensure appropriate Talent/staffing resources across the system. As Talent Advisor, you will provide operational analysis, trending, benchmarking and research to support leadership in doing effective staffing projections. 

  • You will execute offer strategies with hiring managers to ensure efficient and consistent implementation of compensation practices.

  • You will participate in career events, conferences, and community job fairs promoting career opportunities for the organization.


Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:


  • Bachelor's Degree and expert level negotiation skills.

  • High level critical thinking skills, including the ability to interpret and respond to what other's want.

  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills. In addition, must have working knowledge of affirmative action documentation and file maintenance and applicable reporting.

  • Demonstrated computer skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point and Access). Strong organizational skills; detail orientation with the ability to quickly and effectively handle multiple priorities.


Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: 

  • Previous healthcare recruitment experience highly preferred.

  • Experience working at a multisite healthcare system.
