RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regularly acts as a residential trainer, role-model and mentor including evaluating and providing feedback to all supervisees. - 30%
Assigns, directs, schedules and supervises residential Recovery Specialists for all assigned programs/ - 10%
Ensures that Recovery Specialists are engaged in appropriate and effective client observation and interaction to maximize the clients engagement and participation in activities in all assigned programs. - 20%
Oversees and ensures smooth operation of the client residential structure, schedule and treatment milieu for all assigned programs. - 20%
Schedules employee work times to maintain adequate and efficient client, activity and facilities supervision at all times in compliance with licensure and accreditation requirements. - 10%
Implements and maintains all policies, procedures and processes that ensure the physical, behavioral and emotional safety of all clients. - 10%

Texas Health Recovery and Wellness Center in Mansfield seek to hire a Recovery Specialist Coordinator to work full-time variable shifts.
Hours:
Position is primarily Monday through Friday with one day a week as a 12 hour shift. Days and hours may vary as needed.
EDUCATION Required:
Associates Degree in a mental health or healthcare related field with no experience
or a High School Diploma/GED with at least one year of Substance Abuse or Patient Care Tech experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with a Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) Certification.
EXPERIENCE Required:
One year supervisory experience in along with experience above
