In this newly created position, The Senior Nursing Director, Ambulatory Clinical Practice will report to the Vice President of Operations, and will enjoy promoting excellence in professional nursing and clinical practice. This new leader will facilitate performance improvement and consistency of care across the continuum while ensuring the delivery of patient and family centered care. The Director will also have the opportunity to plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate the overall clinical nursing practice and other clinical support staff, participate in the vision and strategic plan for nursing, and facilitate nursing recognition programs.

The successful candidate will bring a passion for patient-focused care, demonstrated and successful experience as a Nurse Leader in the ambulatory healthcare environment, and proficiency with influencing, implementing and leading change. A Masters Degree is required (MSN Preferred) along with a PA Registered Nurse License. Candidates with a Nurse Executive, Advanced Certification are encouraged to apply.
