WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB

Why You’ll Love this Job

Are you passionate about helping the patients who need you most? As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in this organization, your patients will benefit from a unique care model that helps alleviate the complexity of navigating the existing healthcare system. In this model, you work alongside other healthcare professionals, including behavioral health, nutrition, medical and case management team members, to ensure the patient is treated wholly for their needs.

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant on this team, you will help patients with multiple medically complex chronic illnesses. This role requires highly skilled Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants who are comfortable making decisions autonomously when necessary. Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants on this team are challenged to perform at their best every single day.

In this role, you will be able to take the time you need to understand and treat the root causes contributing to your patients’ ongoing symptoms and episodes. You will be able to identify the factors limiting their ability to recover, and help the patient understand the actions needed to make long-term, life-changing improvements.

Often these patients, among the frailest in our nation, are disheartened about their ability to regain control of their health, and in some cases, may have already given up. You can change their stories.

Join a team of clinicians passionate about fixing our broken system of healthcare in a revolutionary way. The camaraderie among this team, and the stories of patients whose lives have forever been changed, will inspire you daily and remind you of why you got into medicine in the first place.

In addition to the tremendous sense of fulfillment in this role, you will enjoy many other perks, including steady income that is not dependent upon patient quotas, bonus opportunities, generous PTO, CME reimbursement, and much more.
