“Born in Vermont, I’m a UVM alumnus working in Burlington and am trying to balance professionalism and fun in all of life’s adventures. I have a graduate degree in clinical psychology and I just opened my own clinical practice.  Outside of my professional obligations, I do my best to maintain a lifestyle that is filled with both activity and engagement. My interests are varied but the two that stand out in my mind are cooking and travel. I love food and spend a good part of the week planning and preparing for meals and dinner gatherings. I also invest a lot of time in plotting out my next adventure and the necessary logistics that accompany such plans. This is something that has become a big part of my life and while it presents a host of challenges, it’s something that I’ve really come to love and appreciate. Lastly, I have two-year-old golden retriever named Charlie who comes with me everywhere and is the envy of all who come to know her – she is spectacular and we make a great team! My general belief is that life’s too short to be anything but fun.”
