This is a unique opportunity for a Dentist who desires the financial advantage and personal fulfillment of owning a dental practice, but without the hassles typically associated with ownership. Those could be anything from obtaining funding, staffing, advertising and marketing, dealing with a long-term lease, hiring contractors to up-fit of the location and more including the day to day and monthly operational needs of a busy practice.
Dentists make NO out-of-pocket personal financial investment for ownership.
Keep in mind the salary range reflects the absolute minimum personal income a dentist will earn from his or her practice the very 1st year, but each agreement is structured individually. The relationship with each owner dentist is contractual. Owner dentists are not our employees.
In addition, even though they do not make any personal financial out-of-pocket investment, they build equitable value for the future potential of selling their practice.
Every practice affiliated with has a dedicated on-site dental lab for the fabrication of full and partial dentures. The lab employees are not direct employees of the practice. Equipment and real estate is leased and does not follow the dentist if he or she should decide to end their affiliation.
Job Description: We offer a unique business model that allows Dentists to own a dental practice with no personal financial investment. We provide practice management services to nearly 150 affiliated dental practices in 36 states. Each practice is owned by an individual dentist and is focused on a niche market by providing Extraction Services, Full and Partial Dentures, and Mini-Implants for Denture Stabilization.
