RN/Case Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
North Woods Home Care and Hospice has an excellent opportunity for a full time RN/Case manager to work in the Chippewa County area. We are looking for a compassionate professional with strong nursing skills. RN will work with a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals, make home visits to patients, and assume on-call responsibilities for patients in the Chippewa County area. Experience in home care is a plus. Computer literacy needed and experience in computerized documentation system is helpful.
