JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Comfortable in a clinical care setting, Radiologic Technologists should also be willing to work both individually and as part of a team.  They should be well versed in medical terminology, as well as friendly and dependable.

 



All centers are open 7 days/week 365 day/year.  Full-time schedules are 3 days/week, 13 hour shifts.  Full 7 day availability is a must, as schedules are not set more than 1 month in advance. 

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

 



  • Digital on-site X-Ray 

  • Medical assisting Clinical tasks eg phlebotomy

  • You will be on call 2 days/month, to be scheduled in advance

  • You'll need to float to other clinics on occasion for shift coverage.


Extensive on the job training is offered for all non-radiologic tasks. 



 

QUALIFICATIONS


At least 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist RT (ARRT)
Current Massachusetts (state) license in good standing
Current BLS certification.
Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Occupational Health experience preferred. Urgent Care / fast track ER experience is a plus but not required. 
Ability to provide excellent patient care and great customer service
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel outside of your home base center if needed.
Ability to stay focused under pressure, multi-task and manage a schedule with at least 60 patients per day
Ability to work autonomously in a small group, but be a team player.
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Computer literate – EMR eClinicalWorks
Knowledge of medical terminology
