Usage Guidelines for Hospital Jobs OnLine

The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on Hospital Jobs OnLine (the "Site") is the exclusive property of Hospital Jobs OnLine, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

The Site may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and researching career information, as well as Hospital OnLine advertiser companies. If you direct job seekers to leave the Hospital Jobs OnLine Website, you permit Hospital Jobs OnLine to frame any of the materials or information to which you link such job seekers.

SPECIFIC PROHIBITED USES

Hospital Jobs OnLine specifically prohibits any use of the Site, and all users agree not to use the Site, for any of the following:

• Printing out or otherwise copying or using any personally identifiable information about candidates for purposes other than consideration of the candidates for potential employment or placement by your company.
• Posting or transmitting any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, "spam", chain letters, telephone calls or any other form of solicitation or any non-resume information such as opinions or notices, commercial or otherwise, to advertiser companies or job seekers.
• SPAMMING HOSPITAL JOBS ONLINE'S ADVERTISER COMPANIES OR CANDIDATES WHOSE RESUMES APPEAR ON THE SITE.
• USING A RESUME OR OTHERWISE RESPONDING TO A JOB LISTING OTHER THAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF APPLYING FOR A JOB ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF.
• IN THE CASE OF ADVERTISER COMPANIES, USING ALLOCATED JOB LISTINGS OTHER THAN TO LIST AVAILABLE JOBS AT THE ADVERTISER COMPANY OR, IN THE CASE OF STAFFING FIRMS, AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITIES THAT THE STAFFING FIRM HAS BEEN ENGAGED TO FILL.
• Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate resume that you have posted for the purpose of seeking job opportunities for yourself (living individual seeking employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf). Recruiters representing candidates may not send that candidate's resume in response to a job posting.
• Posting the resume of anyone other than yourself.
• Posting any multi-level-marketing, pyramid scheme, "club advertisership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment (except for postings that make clear that such payment is required, as well as the terms and amount of such payment), or pays commissions only (except for postings that make clear that the available job pays commissions only and clearly describes the product or service that the job seeker would be selling).
• Including any hidden text in your job postings, including words in white or otherwise invisible font or words that are more than one line lower than the main text.
• Advertising more than one position within a job slot or job posting.
• Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.
• Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activity being conducted on the Site.
• Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site's infrastructure.
• IF YOU HAVE A PASSWORD ALLOWING ACCESS TO A NON-PUBLIC AREA OF THIS WEB SITE, DISCLOSING TO OR SHARING YOUR PASSWORD WITH ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY OR USING YOUR PASSWORD FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED PURPOSE.
• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, using or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site other than the search engine and search agents available from Hospital Jobs OnLine on the Site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer).
• Accessing the Site by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Hospital Jobs OnLine for use in accessing the Site.
• Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site.
• Aggregating, copying or duplicating in any manner any of the materials or information available from the Site.
• Framing of or linking to any of the materials or information available from the Site.

RESUMES

It is Hospital Jobs OnLine's intention that only paying customers or prospective customers will have access to the resume database, but Hospital Jobs OnLine cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without Hospital Jobs OnLine's consent, gain access to this database. You may remove your resume from the searchable database at any time. However, employers and recruiters who have paid for access to the database, and other parties who have otherwise gained access to the database, may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. Hospital Jobs OnLine is not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while resumes are in the database.

LIABILITY

Site is only a venue. The Site acts as a venue for (i) advertiser companies to post job opportunities and (ii) for candidates to post their own resumes for the purpose of researching and evaluating job opportunities for themselves. Hospital Jobs OnLine does not screen or censor the profiles or other information. Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, Hospital Jobs OnLine cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. Hospital Jobs OnLine expects that you will use caution and common sense when using the Site.

Hospitals Jobs OnLine is not involved in the actual transaction between advertiser companies and candidates. As a result, Hospital Jobs OnLine has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or profiles posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of advertiser companies to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Site.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by you on the Site. Advertiser companies are solely responsible for their postings on the Site.

Hospital Jobs OnLine does not warrant or guarantee that a resume or job posting will be viewed by any specific number of users, or that it will be viewed by any user.

Hospital Jobs OnLine is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to your use of the Site, and Hospital Jobs OnLine shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting jobs on the Site.
