Job Description: Full-time position serving as a consultant to all disciplines regarding case management and related issues. Position deals with cases involving Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Combat Stress Disorder (CSD), and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
Job Experience: Must possess a minimum of 6 months case management experience. Prior experience with PTSD and TBI is required.

*Must be a U.S. Citizen
*Must submit a criminal history background check
*Must be fingerprinted
*Possess a current BLS with Adult/Ped AED
Education / License / Certifications: One of the following from an accredited university:
1) BA in Nursing
2) AA in Nursing
3) Diploma graduate of Nursing

Possess a current, unrestricted license to practice as registered nurse in any one of the 50 States. Must be CCM certified ~OR~ possess a Masters degree in Nurse Case Management and obtain certification within 24 months of contract start date.
