Job Description: State of the art 150+ bed facility has engaged the services of McCall & Lee for a Staff Pharmacist position. The ideal candidate shall combine clinical duties with Staff Pharmacist activities in order to maximize appropriate, safe, and cost effective drug therapy within the hospital. Pharmacist will manage and monitor drug utilization through the use of a formulary and the use of a formal, systematic process for tracking drug use. This is primarily a DAY SHIFT position with a flexible weekend and evening rotation. Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in team environment. Must be able to use skills in all aspects of drug therapy, including procurement, dispensing, education, administration, monitoring and adjustment. We are looking for someone that desires to be part of a growing team and have opportunities for professional growth.

Job Experience: 2-5 years hospital experience is preferred, but new graduates and retail pharmacists will be considered on a case by case basis.
Education / License / Certifications: BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D.

Current licensure by the State Board of Pharmacy as a registered Pharmacist
