Job Description:
|
Opportunity #1: Our client has two openings for family practice physicians in a hospital owned clinic. Clinic is open from 8 AM to 5 PM. 15-20 patients per day. Call is 1 in 4. Population is increasing in the service area and there was already a shortage of PCPs.
Compensation for Opportunity #1: Base salary of $185K plus production bonus. The shortage of PCPs in the area results in significant upside income potential via the production bonus. They offer a comprehensive benefit package including all health benefits, life insurance, MPI, 401K, other pension programs, CME w/ $5,000, sign-on bonus and relocation allowance up to $10,000.
Opportunity #2: Our client also has three openings for family practice physicians to join an existing practice with 2 DOs and a PA. 4½ days per week. 10-12 hours per day. 25 patients per day. Call will be 1 in 4. Population is increasing in the service area and there was already a shortage of PCPs.
Compensation for Opportunity #2: Base salary of $180K plus production bonus. The shortage of PCPs in the area results in significant upside income potential via the production bonus. They offer a comprehensive benefit package including health insurance, MPI, CME, sign-on bonus and relocation allowance up to $10,000.
Qualifications: Board Certified and Board Eligible physicians will be considered. Will consider H1Bs and those requiring a J1 visa waiver.
Facility: This 120+ bed facility has a medical staff composed of 140 physicians representing 29 specialties. Greater than 70% of the physicians on staff are Board Certified.
