Job Description:
|
Our client is a specialty medical management group providing personal care, routine evaluation and treatment designed to meet the needs of people living in two skilled/long-term care facilities. Centrally located mid-way between Dallas and Oklahoma City the facilities are nestled in the foothills of the Arbuckle Mountains.
The organization is a well-established, wholly-owned subsidiary of a publicly traded company that is going through rapid, planned, controlled expansion (which is the reason for this vacancy) and there is tremendous opportunity for the person in this position to move into a management role if desired.
What You Will Do:
Your experience in family practice, geriatrics or a desire/dedication to work in a geriatric setting will enable you to work with patients at the two nearby facilities on a daily basis. Hours are great with an 8 – 5 schedule with call 1/3 via telephone/pager (and rarely in-person).

MS Nursing
Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner - FNP, ARNP,
1 – 5 years experience in family practice, geriatrics or a genuine interest in geriatrics.
BCLS, ACLS preferred |

Compensation:
The position includes a competitive salary (DOE), a possible sign-on bonus, a strong benefits package and paid relocation expenses. Call is $3.50/hr - $4000 per year. Call is 1/3 mainly telephone. Rarely get called to facility. Client will pay for malpractice, 75% medical, 7 pd holidays, all licenses and certifications plus $1500.00 CME stipend, 20 days vacation.
