| What kind of position? Define in detail your next position? |

| Size of facility you prefer? Teaching hospital? Type of person you want to work for? Type of administration you want to work for? Particular situations you will prefer to have in place? (e.g. perhaps you would like to work only for a progressive facility or one that has already been through downsizing)? |

| If location is high on your priority list, know what areas of the country or specific state(s) you prefer? |

| Which is most important - Location? Position? Salary? |

| If location is high on the priority list it will help to know whether you prefer to be by the water, in the mountains. Maybe you prefer a warm location weather or a 4 season climate? Maybe your goal is to be closer to family or friends. |

| Perhaps your main emphasis is on quality of life, the arts/ entertainment in the city or community? Or having quality public education for your family is a goal... or you need to be close to a college or univeristy to finish your degree. Sometimes it is a high priority to be in a state offers lower cost of living or has no state income tax or sales tax? |
