Position Profile
Provides design, implementation and management of enterprise wide information systems with emphasis on interface technology and standards. Responsible for analysis, support and maintenance, of existing or planned interface and EDI solutions with focus on efficiency, standards and cost effectiveness. Provides project support as an active team member within the Information Services regional teams and promotes team environment. Conduct routine maintenance and enhancements to provide integrity, security/confidentiality, and availability of Scripps data. Fulfills other tasks and duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications (required)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technical field.Minimum Qualifications (required)Documented experience with industry standard interface and EDI concepts in Healthcare environment, i.e., HL7, ANSI, TCP/IP. Experience interfacing applications including Allscripts, GE Centricity, Stentor PACS, GE PMA, GE ORMIS and the Sybase Interface engine environment preferred. Experience with Project Management methodology. Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

| Education / License / Certifications: |
Two years programming, analysis and design experience in systems environment preferred.
